Overview

MK80 Series of intelligent high frequency switching DC power supply is a new generation of intelligent high frequency switching DC power which adopts module design, and is developed and manufactured upon our multi-year experiences. The product is applicable to electric system, industrial and miner enterprise used for DC operation, relay protection, control signal and fault lighting as a kind of uninterruptible DC power.

Our MK-80 has a standard configuration which can meet most user's need, and optional accessories can meet user's special need.

MK80 Series of intelligent high frequency switching DC power supply's standard configuration includes charging module and monitoring units;

Charging module:

MOS Series:

Adopt advanced MOS soft-switching technique, better in efficiency and reliability.

Small size and higher switching frequency and high input power factor. Advanced Automatic Current sharing measures, automatic sharing load if connected in parallel, easy system expansion.

Can be hot plugged for easy maintenance.

Comprehensive protection measures, to maximize service life.

Provide following function

a, Protection against input over-voltage and under-voltage.

b, Protection against output over-voltage and warning against output under-voltage.

c, Protection against phases loss.

d, Protection against Module over-temperature.

e, Protection against converter short-circuit.

f, Equipped with Monitor

IGBT Series:

It adopt high power IGBT module and advanced PWM switching control, has the advantage of high power output. single IGBT series of charger can provide up to 40A of output current and support working in parallel.

Thyristor-base Series:

For large power plants where large-capacity batteries are used, high-power thyristor-base modules are needed.

Monitor Units:

Monitor unit is comprised of a LCD touch-screen with Chinese or English interface, AC/DC Monitoring Unit, Relay Unit, integrating the function of battery management, voltage automatic regulation, bus insulation monitoring, flash relays output and other functions, meeting the basic requirements for high-end DC power supply surveillance system.

Communication port of RS485 and RS232 standards, and with a variety of industry standard communication protocols to communicate with the automation system. So to realize unattdisclaimered site.

Equipped with settings and control password, non-authorized personnel can not change setting, to ensure system security.

Monitoring equipment equipment can stores up to 360 fault messages for user's inspection.

All the setting and fault messages are maintained even if powered down.

MK-80 provide optional accessories including Insulation monitoring unit, Battery inspection unit and Battery Activation Module:

Insulation monitoring unit

Insulation monitoring unit monitor each branch’s insulation level and warning against earth fault.

Battery inspection unit

Battery inspection unit is installed in the battery cabinet, which monitor each cell’s voltage, and battery cabinet’s and each cell’s temperature, which can single out batteries falling behind.

Battery Activation Module

Battery Activation Module can activated battery bank.

Configuration Model

MK-80A:

One set of battery, one set of charging penal, feeding closing bus and control bus.

This model can meet the general need where factories’ substations are using electromagnetic coil mechanism circuit breaker.

One set of battery, one set of charging penal, feeding control bus.

This model is the most commonly used model recently, which can meet the general need where factories’ substation are using spring energy storage mechanism circuit breaker.

This model suit for large substations or power plants and other more important occasions where electromagnetic coil mechanism circuit breakers are used.
