terminal compensation of reactive power is a technique that very save energy significantly. MECC PHAYSE's product LPLC uses the metal-outer-shell, built-in vacuum-metal-film, metallized polypropylene film capacitors. LPLC has simple and reliable structure, and can save energy at relatively low cost. The equipment is directly connected with the motor and is switched on and off simultaneously, which can improve the start-up characteristic and the power factor of motor, and is a ideal energy saving equipment.


Low dielectric loss: dissipation is less than 0.2 watt per kvar, while the total loss (including the discharge resistance) is less than 0.5 watts per kvar; Under rated condition, the loss of full-film power capacitors is less than 0.2%, one-fifth of the oil-Paper capacitor;

With self-discharge components: residual voltage drop to 50 volts within 1 minute after tripping ;

Self-healing: when over-voltage occurs, the adjacent metal electrodes vaporize instantly, thus isolating the fault, so the capacitor coule continue working;

Easy to use, simple wiring, dry structure could avoid pollution or oil spills;

Safe and reliable, switching on and off with load simultaneously, long life expectation.

Withstand Voltage: Voltage of 2500V, 50Hz against earth for 1 minute, with no breakdown and no flashover.

Insulation: 500V mega-Ohmmeter (100 MΩ range) check the main circuit insulation resistance of the relative should not be less than 1 MΩ, 0.5MΩ if the site is wet.
