Wiring Scheme

Scheme 01:

When there is AC power, the three-phase electricity supply to the converter, while charging the battery through charger. When the controller detects voltage abnormal, converter will be powered by battery.

The scheme can also be used with multiple motors: If some motors start at the same time, then capacity of converter should be bigger than the sum of these motors' capacity; if not, bigger than the biggest capacity of one of these motors is enough.

Similar from above, but without converter, suit for user who already has converter.

Scheme 03:

With Online design, can achieve zero time switching transferring power from the AC input to battery, with no effect on the operating motor, thus meeting needs of higher demand. Base on Scheme 01, it needs a additional input Transformer to get a proper voltage at the output of the rectifier. Similarly, the Scheme can also be used with multiple motors.

Example of Application

Emergency power for uplifting oxygen lance

The following schematic figure shows the uninterruptible power supply to uplifting oxygen lance in a large steel company's furnace. In the graph, sine wave inverter can provide continuous control power and braking power for oxygen lance. Ordinarily, AC power will charge the battery; when blackout occurs, the battery power the inverter, so that the oxygen lance can be uplifted under emergency.

Uninterruptible power supply in lubrication system

Below schematic is our uninterruptible power supply unit in lubricating oil system of a petrochemical refinery. The system adopts online design. Ordinarily, AC power will charge the battery and power the loads; when blackout occurs, the battery power the inverter, without any impact on the operation of pumps, thus ensuring stable oil pressure pipe. ATS in graph stand for dual power supply Automatic switching equipment, when one inverter fail, standby power will be switched on as the third power supply.
